The Big 5 of the Boston Celtics?
During the 2009 playoffs Rajon Rondo was the best player for the 1st round across the league. He dropped down a little in the 2nd round. Rajon Rondo is really on the verge of becoming a top point guard. I see him having a break out year. He just needs to learn how to shoot a jump shot over 45%-50% per game. His floater needs a little work.
He 's also in a contract year. Which could drive him more. Wallace will be our 6th man. He will be the first big of the bench. I would rather have Wallace then Shaq. Shaq is 3 years older, and has more injury problems, and Wallace is a fit in the Celtics system. Back to Rondo he will be a All-star next season. He will average 15PPG. 9APG 4RPG 2SPG. He will be in the Chris Paul,Deron Williams, and Tony Parker class next season. That's what the media misses I think of the Celtics. They don't watch the entire games, only the Boston media, and they don't over look him. Rondo holds the keys to the 18th championship. He's got the 3 hall of famers, and a player on the verge on maybe getting mentioned if he wins another ring. Its kinda like Bill Walton coming off the bench in 1986. Out of alll the title contending teams The Lakers a older point Fisher who could'nt touch Rondo in the finals. Cleveland Mo Williams is a good point, but I would take Rondo running the team over Williams. Orlando Has Nelson he was a all-star last year, but
Be respectful and keep it clean. Thanks.

Dude
The best shooters in the game don’t shoot jumpshots over 50 percent

big 5
you speak in this section about rondo making a jump to the next level but i really feel its important for perk to jump to the next level as a scorer i unfortunatly feel the celtics days as top dog(or at least the big 3) are numbered so if rondo and perk become stars we wont be in years of hardship like at the end of the bird mcchale parrish era

^^^
We don’t need Perkins to be a low post scorer. We have one of the best post scorers of our era in Garnett, and Rasheed can also hold his own down low. Perkins needs to perform his role, which is rebound and defend, which he is currenty doing a great job of.

but after big three and rasheed are done
can perk be a franchise player in later years or does he not have it and hell just be a solid roll player

whoa there tiger....
lets not forget rondo doesnt ever have to play against the top guards you named….
its if shaq went to the east, when all the good centers/pfs were in the west. What allstar game was it where shaq just dominated the east’s frontline where the tallest guy was like 6’10
