Doc: 15th Roster Spot Isn't That Important
Rivers and Danny Ainge each downplayed the importance of filling the 15th roster spot.
"I don’t know if we need to fill that spot, really," Rivers said. "There’s no rush. We’re not going to play 15 guys. We’re not going to play 12 guys. So I don’t think that’s a big a deal for us at all."

Lester Hudson
I imagine it’s pretty important to him. I wonder how he took Doc’s comments.

The 15th, 14th and 13th roster spots are all important
The last spot on the roster is important as the C’s need a back up point guard.
I say give Hudon alot minutes early, if he plays well and can do the job give him the back up point guard job.
If not then go out and get a veteran point guard which is a dime a dozen in the NBA to fill the job.
I still hope we can trade Scal and Allen for 2 better talented players who can fill in the 13th and 14th roster spots to help us win a title.
I would like to see the C’s trade Scal for a legit 7 foot center defending, rebounding back up center who can help us against Howard and Shaq and in case injury strikes Rasheed or Perk.
I also would like to see the C’s trade Tony Allen for a big, strong small forward who specializes in defense to be our Lebron.
