C's need a scorer

Looking forward to the next 1-2 seasons, the Celtics need to acquire a younger player who can score the basketball

Rajon Rondo is the future, but is more of a playmaker than a prolific scorer.

Ray Allen is not the scorer he used to be, although is still the man.

Paul Pierce will continue to be an og celtic, but as pre-Big3 days showed he cant do it alone

Kevin Garnett is still the man defensively, and is a great oncourt presence, but he is scoring less and his body is breaking down.

Kendrick Perkins is a beast and a great contributor but not a high scorer.

Personally, I think we should get back Joe Johnson...

Put Allen, Pierce or Rondo on a crapshoot team and they will be 20 point + per game scorers each. The C’s play a share the rock type game, thats why 6 guys are averaging double figures. Doc could just as well change his offensive scheme to “give the ball to Pierce or Allen every offensive possession” and we will have 2 guys on the team that average 23+ points per game and then we will have our scorers but they will be a copy of the 08 Denver team where you have 2 guys (Anthony and Iverson) scoring massive numbers but not getting the results because everybody else on the team is being drowned out.
