The Boston Celtics are expected to sign rookie Tiny Gallon to non-guaranteed deal, according to sources. Milwaukee cut Gallon two weeks ago.

Sources say that Gallon will likely end up with Boston's NBA Development League affiliate, the Maine Red Claws, once the season begins

I'm curious to hear if the Celtics anticipate Gallon making the roster, or if instead they're taking advantage of the D-League's new "last three cut" rule.  A couple of facts about Gallon:  he's a big guy (6'9", 302 pounds) and he declared for the draft early due to concerns about his eligibility.  To read more on Gallon, here is his draft profile.
