Agreed...get it healthy for the stretch run
BTW what is it with thumb injuries on this team? Davis, Daniels, and now Pierce.

BBD hurt himself punching a friend
Don’t count him.
Good
And hopefully you come back good as new, Pierce.
It would be nice for him to rest a couple of days. I also wouldn’t have any problem if he played and simply didn’t shoot the ball. Maybe simply go for layups with his left hand if anything. He played good defense against Denver, and we could use that against Cleveland.
But surely, resting it up is the best option and what he should do.

Plus there are possible issues
…with a foot and always with the knees. Full rest’s best.
‘Sides, Nate can handle the 3, don’t you think? He can jump higher than Davis… uhh… yeah, I think maybe he actually can.
going to be on HBO
It’s their next 24/7 show after the Jimmy johnson one that is on now… not sure when its airing exactly.

my butt
He’s not going to play thursday? i’ll eat my hat. LBJ always lights a fire in Pierce even if he’s injured. I will not be surprised if he takes tuesday off and plays thursday.
You gonna eat your hat or your butt?
Or are you gonna light your butt on fire and then eat it? I’m confused… too many images…!
sounds like
they’ll floor their full roster towards the end of the year – healthy
and ready to hang banner 18
Don't fake the funk on a nasty dunk
I want to see Nate drop 25 on the Cavs
The guy is not afraid to take it to the basket. Would love to see him throw one down on Shaq’s ass.
with PP out, a win over the Cavs would be huge confidence booster...
I’d love to see Nate and Marquis pick up the scoring slack and lead us to victory. It’s also time for Baby to show why we made the right move by not signing Leon.
Good decission Paul!!! Take the time you need and come back healthy and motivated to reach our goal: the 18th title. I believe in you
Yes, and I think we’ll have another backup to him and Ray Ray by then.

I heard a different message
I watched him on “Sports Tonight Live”tell Mike Holley right before the premier he plans to rest the thumb a couple days and see where it is after that…sounded more like he will miss the Knicks game, might possible play aganist the cavs if he feels better.
