I wonder what you think today after watching the lazy effort from the celtics starters during the thrid. I have always been a big Ray fan but I am wondering if we need a shot of something.

I'm as anti-trade posts as they come

But after today, we definitely need a shot of SOMETHING.

DA has been waiting to see the whole team together, and the same issues that have been plaguing us, continued to plague us today.

I’m not saying trading Ray is the answer, but we’ve got a bunch of guys with expiring contracts sitting on the bench that don’t contribute.

Although the whole team was together, I think it will take some time to get back into playing shape, and get rotations set again in order to get back into rhythm. Like everyone else, I am wondering if they have enough time to do that. I agree with you that something should be done and that trading Ray may not be the answer.

I don’t think Ray’s level of play would be the reason he would be traded, mostly due to his contract.

i dont get yall.

first off. ray is still finding ways to score, even tho is shooting numbers are down. I really just think that is from playing to much minutes. I dont think hes washed up, but just tired. Hes the oldest starter we have, and yet Doc plays him the most in games. Really?

Ive been back and forth with trading ray.

but now i think, this guy is right. We are still right there to win the championship. we were this close to beating LA, we had orlando, we had the hawks. We let them slip. Better now than the playoffs in my eyes. They will figure it out. The Big 3 held a meeting after yesturdays loss. I think we can still do it. Lets see how we do against the hornets on wednesday.

start marquis, let ray be the 6th man. Manu Ginoble-esque anyone?
