well
i guess people give up after 23 losses but dont back us up after our 40 wins, well thats the celtic fan for you ,i in the other hand will ride or die with this team , wait till the playoffs where u actually win or lose the title not after regalur season loss
The celtics have two kinds of fans...
Pessimists, and snobs who only talk about what terrible fans the pessimists are…
People should lighten up.
I found this funny.
Hey Snowball and stylo...... I am the guy who wrote this morning that I was bent and not broken
you should read all my posts about not giving up……just having some fun…..you have to laugh …it doesn’t mean you give up…….a grin never hurts….well maybe for some
relax and try the decaf…….
and thanks to the Lon3 and Ltimecfan for their help…..much appreciated
Is it Soup Yet?
Preach!
Apparently Celtics fans can’t be humorously negative once and a while. I like the former better than being blindly optimistic.
Reporter: About a year ago I asked about the Celtics-Lakers thing and you said you'd really only seen it on TV. Now you've been through it, can you talk about playing the Boston Celtics for the NBA championship?
Kobe: It Sucks.

"a grin never hurts.... well maybe for some"...
haha I don’t know why, but I find this so funny.. haha
Me? I'm just a girl who loves the Celtics...
Thank you Po... once again... for zen mastery...
…but did you know that li’l Nate can score if we run the ol’ picket fence play? I bet we start seein’ it,,,
i'm still on board
that ship – it looks like it still has some life in it to me.
Don't fake the funk on a nasty dunk
Agreed mcpu40
I think that these guys have many good games still left in them. Where it will take them, who knows?! There’s going to be bad games too(obviously). But I’m not willing to rule them out. The team might surprise everyone and make a good run in the playoffs. All that we can do is go along for the ride and hope for the best. I know one thing. No matter what, I am going to look forward to the future. That includes the rest of this year and the years to come! On another note, thanks for posting this. It’s been nothing but stress lately for Celts fans..If nothing else it gave me a good laugh and helped turn a little of that stress into humor
Laugh a little how much worse can it get?
I busted up when I saw this pic, I think it’s perfect for where my mind is at. I don’t buy into getting rid of Doc or anything else stupid and impulsive like that. We as fans gotta hold out the hope though, we still have a winning team, they just need to wake up before thier carreers are over for about 6 of them! So I leave all u beantown doubters, or long faced faithfuls out there witrh this thought I left on the other blog about lineup changes. Offer up an inspiring blog for a change. Hope that someone will get it to KG or Paul or Doc,
My omage to Green Glory in Celtics Valhalla( just really laying it on thick huh)
This is what I miss about Celtics hoops: bring the intensity and the anger, and the attitude and the fight, here’s to screaming profanities into the stale indoor air of the Garden halfway thru the 4th qtr, pounding your chest, excited missed- all air no hand- high fives and flying celebratory body collisions. I miss dominating and shaming opponents. Sending teams to the locker room w a big L and their tails between their legs! It really turns a tommorrow into a beautiful thing doesn’t it? I STILL BELIEVE – from a green blooded, Irish, Forester in the Sierra Nevada’s Mountains of Northern California. Looking forward a good old fashioned Massachusetts Massacre in the TD Banknorth- this time by the C’s rather than of the C’s.
I think...
a couple of the submerged containers are labeled…“Rebounds”
and a couple more say ‘Ubuntu’
I'd like a good laugh
I wish I understood what is funny about those pictures. I guess I’m missing something…
I didn't mean to say that it's wrong
…or offensive, or even “not funny.” I just don’t get it… don’t see what is funny about it. That’s all.
Help!
I am losing all my friends because each time one asks “What is wrong with your Celtics,” I eviscerate him/her! I seem to have more passion than my team right now, and, sadly, even less control….
I am Shocked.
I can certainly understand fan’s frustration, but This?
Seriously?
I have been a Diehard Boston Celtics Fan since 1981, and I have never had inclination to go to this extreme to voice or post my displeasure with the team.
Sure they are struggling and sure we are frustrated….
But this?
Seriously…………
I still believe that The Boston Celtics can win it all this year, but if they don’t I will still Wear Green. Forever.
I drive the Bandwagon. Plenty of gas left for me, whether the bus is empty of not.

Celtics18&19, this is becoming personal for me...
I still think they can win it all, too. And I think they should win it all. But “friends” who are questioning MY judgement and questioning MY Celtics do so at their own peril. My temper grows short. There are a lot of good teams out there, soooo… my boys better start coming together soon, or as I said, I will not have any friends left…

Master Po and Thirstyboots...
Thanks. You are both right.
I can lighten up, some.
I guess when I saw this on the Blog, I just thought of visitors coming to the site and say to themselves: What the?
I can certainly lighten up some, but I guess that I am having some minor flashbacks to the late 80’s, as far as our Celtics Team deteriorating due to age.
It’s all good. Thanks for letting me vent.

Here's something to make us all feel better
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rto2_oYVs0I
25th anniversary of Bird’s 60 vs. the Hawks
Still remember watching this game and seeing the Hawks bench fall apart as Larry Legend hit one after another right in front of them.

Nice Post, McHaleinthepost
Thanks. I saw a note here in our paper about that.
Bird looked like the only player out there. And the great thing is that Mchale did the 56 point thing just nine days prior.
I can imagine McHale doing his lowpost thing…juking and faking…Great Footwork..wow he was awesome, too.

This would make me feel better if
The present team watched it and noticed how many green jerseys are near the basket and moving…All this standing around outside is driving me nuts!

Hilarious!
And you know what? Usually we blame management first in this town, but I don’t think Danny and Doc are at fault in this case.
For some reason the players have decided to quit. They are playing like bums right now. There is more talent on this team than any team in the league – but they won’t beat the Pacers tonight. They are pissed at something, or bored, or tired, or don’t like each other or the coach, or are satisfied with the one title, or just don’t want to play.
I don’t care about all the games they won in December. Of what possible relevance is that going into tonight’s game on the twelfth of March? Oh, I’m sorry if I’m not in a Ra-Ra mood. Tell it like it is Po.
