Sheed the "Kung Fu Teacher" of Post Moves! LOL
I was a big proponent of getting Sheed this offseason and although he hasn't met my expectations so far this season it sounds like he has some tricks up his sleeve. He claims he's going to actual care to play up to his potential come playoff time as he and the rest of the team claim they are in cruise control until the playoffs, or at least that is their excuse the way they have been playing the past month. The picture in the article cracks me up.

Be respectful and keep it clean. Thanks.

I know everyone here hates Rasheed and blames him for our problems...
…but I love Rasheed and think he’s hilarious.
When the playoffs roll around the technical count restarts and everyone on the team will be running at 120% effort with a day off between every game.
Sounds good to me.
Rasheed...
is our best low post scorer on the team….the more he gets in the low post this 2nd half of the season the better he and the C’s will be.
Well put
Now if Doc can find a way to get Rasheed to do what his past 5 or so coaches could not (stay in the freakin post for a lil while), then I’d think he’s gotta be up for COY

Me too, Push
He’s a pretty good player and also entertaining. Have you ever seen the guy in an interview? He is really quite intelligent and interesting. He didn’t deserve the negativity here, but seems like sooner or later, every player gets it here. It’s the old ‘needing someone to blame’ phenomena.

Sheed is unfairly criticized by too many fans.
If you have been paying close attention, he has been a great value for us this year. Definitely worth more than the contract he signed. And he’s definitely funny as hell if you get his sense of humor.
And fordescort is spot on – when Sheed plays in the post, he is almost unstoppable at creating a shot from 5 feet in. If Perk could pick up just a fraction of Sheed’s moves, that would be huge for his game.
His defense has been a bit weak this year – but mainly because he had to play too many minutes at starting PF when KG was out. That pitted him against too many first-string PFs and he’s not young enough for those guys. But against most Centers and second-string PFs (the guys we WANT him to match up against) he has been mostly very good on defense.
Pic is hilarious
Agree to much dissing on sheed, you will all love him come playoff time, though I do wish for him to continue to spend more time in the post
