"It turned disrespectful when certain things were said," Jackson continued. "You can be emotional, talk to your teammates and do all that, but when it’s getting personal, and you’re directing certain things at people as far as their manhood that’s when a problem comes up. And I guarantee you, if I wasn’t in this gym that wouldn’t have said that to me."

ooooooooo i'm sure the Cs are all scared to death...
don’t whine like a ninny — if you can’t do it on the court, take the loss like a man.
"that would not have said that to me"????
insult or idiot?
both I think
The Celtics never learn their lesson ...
One blowout victory against a mediocre team, and they’re right back to talking trash and acting like they’re the best team in the league.
I guess losing to the Nets wasn’t the humbling experience that it should have been … I fear this hubris will be their downfall :(
I like the woofing
When this team’s played well over the past few years it’s thrived on emotional energy. When they aren’t emotionally involved in the game is when they play flat and disinterested. I want our guys to play pissed and to make the other team play pissed as well. Makes us play better and them play worse.

I like Jackson a lot,
but this is such a stupid comment. If he was going to do something he would have done it, he wouldn’t have been concerned with his surroundings. Don’t try to sound tough millionaire.
As for the C’s running their mouths, I want to see even more of it. When KG is intense and doing the panther and screaming and yelling it throws the opponent off and it steps up the defense. I want them talking, I want them aggressive.

what would he do??
oh yeah hes a class act who pulls guns at strip clubs.. just another knucklehead
Lol
Didn’t Ray Allen elbow Varejao’s coconuts in Cleveland? What does Jackson mean by the Celtics only do this in their home?
Child, plz. Don’t gimme that “Can’t touch this in our house” drool.
didnt varejao make a dirty play on ray?

I guess when he gets really mad
he goes into the stand punches out a fan….once a Thug always a Thug
Is it Soup Yet?
Stop Crying
O.K they lost,he needs to stop crying. He didn’t even have to comment on the situation. Don’t try to discredit pierce after dropping 27 points on you …So Lame.
I hope the Celtics keep up the trash talk
That is when they are at their best, when they are pissing off the rest of the league, that was their best win of the season and that is the only time we heard the opponent complain about the Celtics talking too much, i think there is a direct correlation between how good they play and how much this team talks trash.
Hey, Paul insulted !
…either his anatomy or his mother! Had to be one of those. Of COURSE he’s gonna complain to the media. Did you think he’s a WIMP? What would you do? Hell, I’d call a press conference… I’d record what Pierce said and send it in to YouTube. Come to think of it… is that possible??
Stephen Jackson
Jackson should have run into the Boston crowd to see what happens. He wouldn’t be playing for the rest of his life methinks if that happened.
