knowing what we do now, 2007 draft with 1st pick, wud you rather?

Knowing what we do now, say we end up winning the championship this year. would you rather have it played out as it has, having a transcendent mvp-level player for his last prime years and a few title runs in KG plus getting Paul a championship in boston as well as getting to watch ray for a few last great years solidifying both paul and ray's HOF careers....

OR would it have been better to have gotten that #1 pick, knowing danny wouldve took Durant....

Rondo-Pierce-Durant-Big Al-Perkins

Pierce probably wouda been traded for talent, he was frustratedat that point and it may have been better for us as well... and woudve still had a defensive anchor in perk, a talented franchise pointguard in rondo and a lowpost scoring monster in big al, plus a true superstar talent in durant that will make the hall of fame one day. All under age of 25. AND we wouldve got more talent in exchange for Pierce, alot of talent.

BUT it wouldve took a while to win, took longer to get that group to perform as  a contender and champion, and Rondo wouldnt have developed the same.

Which way would you pick?
