So I'm sitting here watching "Los Suns" vs. Spurs, and then it struck me...Ginobli.   Or GINNNNOBLEEE! as Sir Charles would say.   Have you seen that mess on his face?  He got his nose destroyed against the Mavs in the last series.  "Guess what?  I heard nothing about him going for MRI's.  In fact, he has even refused the "Bill Laimbeer" Jason Mask (Note to Rip Hamilton: Do you know how ridiculous you look in that thing?  What happened to you?).   In any case, the media IS NOT making excuses for Ginobli.  He is just playing...
