we all enjoy watching basketball. ratings, jersey sales, ticket sales etc. have shown that.

BUT please, please, please release some of the grip you seem to have on the refs and the way the game is being called. the euro soccer style D that has come into the sport over the past 5-10 years makes the sport worse to watch.. worse to cheer for.  worse to go see in person. i dont know why its happened. and i cant give you valid honest ways to help fix it, but lets be honest. i'm just a fan trying to enjoy the sport. your the guy in charge of wanting me to enjoy it..

the playoffs have been over shadowed by the refs blowing the whistles on EVERYTHING.  i think a player got called for something he THOUGHT ABOUT during a play in that orlando vs charlotte series. i'm not sure, wasnt there. but thats what i heard!  the constant flopping, and arms raisning during and after every call has gotten out of hand. and i'm saying this about the celtics as well.   IF the lakers are better and they win in 5 on the boston court, fine. AS LONG AS THE PLAYERS DECIDE THE GAME. if the celtics come back and win in LA in 6, fine, cool, AS LONG AS THE PLAYERS GET TO DECIDE THE GAME. we as basketball and celtics fans will be ok, and will cheer harder next year. and support the team next year. no matter what the out come. and hope the celtics owners provide the team with more options player wise to win it next year either for the 3 time in 4 years or 2nd time in 4 years.

if you want the 'rogue' ref to seem like he is an idiot and the nba isnt fixed like wrestling. and the over time games wont be decided by a bra and panties match between the celtics dancers and laker girls (which in my eyes may not be a bad idea! ..just saying..) then tell the refs to not be known. let the players decide the games. if the league ratings slip, then get better players. better coaches. introduce better plays. if you have to, lower the rims do something that doesnt seem wwe'ish!!

like i said i'm just one fan!
