The time has come for a shakeup at the coaching position, we need someone who answers to Authority!!! DOC is a mad scientist he played around with our lineup until he lost us the entire Championship for NO reason other than his own stupidity! 

1.) Playing sheldon williams in the NBA finals=    HELLO???!?!?!?!?!?

2.) Playing Nate Robinson too much in the Finals, we did not need Nate in the Reg season so why on the GODS GREEN EARTH would we take away Rondos Playing time in the NBA finals????? it was Rondo's time to shine and be MVP he should have played ever Godforsaken MINUTE!

3.) Scalabrine in the last game 7 of the finals? the guy hasn't even played one minute in the playoffs but i guess game 7 was his destiny in a 4 point loss he threw away 6 points in his limited time in the finals.

4.) Not motivating pierce, as we have witnessed Pierce has to be motivated and someone has to get in his face like Antoine Walker did in that legendary comeback verses the Nets in 2002. Or KG did in 2008.

5.) Doc looks too comfortable he is smiling and carrying on out there. at least McHale wont show his pearly whites until we PULVERIZE THE LAKERS and send Kobe home in a BODYBAG!

Keep the big 4, add youth and rebounders it will be hard to find another shooter like Ray so keep him. Keep Scalabrine for the Veteran minimum or as assistant coach Sheed has to stay as Center for PERK has an unknown condition need to build on the DRAFT !     TA has to come out firing with intentions of being a go-to guy. Pierce needs to OPT-out he did not deliver the titile and should step down to a lower contract to help his team. If Tommy would coach it would be the ideal season and we would win for sure, but i cannot stand Donny Marshall so Tommy must stay put in the announcers booth. Watch as McHale demonstrates how you deal with a LAKER!
