I've been keeping track on the recent summer league invites.
I know they rarely work out, but i read this tid bit about him
" He should have a decent shot of catching on in summer league or training camp. and also as a D-League call up if he decides to go that route. If not he should have a sucessful career in europe where his outstanding shooting and team-oriented approach will definitely be valued in a disciplined half court system"
The reason the last part is highlighted is because that is exactly how our offense works. Rondo sets up guys, eddie house, ray always gets good looks. we have a luxury that ray can shoot before his feet are set. but every one knows that our offense can produce open shots. i would be very comfortable with tony at SG and ryan playing SF cause you would have a slasher in tony and a sharpshooter in ryan. ( both guys playing off the bench)
