Corey Brewer to Boston?
How hard would it be to get this guy? He's everything we need behind Pierce. Tall, lanky, great defender. I'm sure the T'wolves wouldnt just let him go but maybe Sheed's contract and picks?
T'Wolves are under the cap so the trade will go through, then he'll retire giving them more cap space for the future.
Brewer's salary= $3.7mil for Rasheed's salary= $6.3mil...
I'm sure it's probably out of the question, but he would be a perfect fit. What you think?
Be respectful and keep it clean. Thanks.

Using Sheed's contract
If it is used here, leaving another $2+ million on the table, how do we then address our gap for an additional big man.
Your idea has merit.
would sheed and a 1st round pick work?
Just wondering

Don't Like It...
I’d rather wait till mid-season to see which teams are out of the playoffs and looking to dump a quality player with a few years left on contract…
I can really see Houston being out of the playoff race this year especially if the Clippers take off… Or i could see the pheonix suns out of the playoff race too…. Both those teams have quality players that could publically say they won’t return the following season or want a trade…
We could end up gaining someone like Grant Hill or Ariza…. That would fill a huge whole in our defensive end when the second unit is in….. We need a quality defender on the perimeter which we have yet to gain,….
Even if we put Rudy Fernandez on the roster…. He can’t defend the 3 when P-Square is out…. And come playoff time… Marquis is not cutting it…
Trading Sheed and a draft pick/picks come mid-season could turn out to be a huge move for Ainge.
