2 years with an option
Is that House’s 10th straight contract like this?
yup
best of luck to him, in his shoes I’d probably do the same
that said, it will hurt rooting against him – at least on NYC I could just dismiss his team as trivial
"We few, we happy few, we band of brothers" Henry V
party time for Eddie in MIA
can’t beat the nightlife, not a bad way to earn a paycheck,
of course House knows some of our defensive schemes, not that Miami needs another edge but he could help them out there,
good luck Eddie, see you in the playoffs, game on
guess its just rudy or delonte now
either one is good ill take west or rudy both good players .. im kinda stuck dont kno which one i realy want kinda leaning towards rudy lil bit
Good Luck House.... I Second That.
House has delivered some great moments during our Most Recent NBA Title “Victory”.
ALthough, i noticed he signed for the Veterans Minimum…. I would have liked to see maybe us sign House instead of Marquis….
Marquis has not made a fan out of me at all during last year’s campaign. If we get Rudy…. I would have loved to see the bench consist of House, Rudy, Nate, Glen, Jermaine, and another Big and Wing.
I strongly believe there will be frustrated wingmen available come trade-deadline time…. which we could then use SHEED’S contract…. and maybe sign SHAQ now…..
It’s all pipe dream now…. to sign both House and trade rudy…. The trade for rudy would have had to happen before we signed Marquis and House…

I loved Eddie. He was one of the guys and a major part of that amazing Finals comeback but I just can’t get down w him in a Heats uni.
On to Rudy. Danny, this kids legit and could be a potential starter after Ray retires. Starting with Rondo, Rudy, and Perk in three years ain’t a bad start. Rudy is better than anyone will pull out of the draft with out late draft picks.
Yeah, good luck Eddie!
Cuz’ you’re gonna need it, playing with all those d-bags down in Miami. Eddie is a good guy, a family man, maybe he’ll be a “character” guy down there.
On a strictly basketball related note, I’m glad he signed with Miami, and not us. Do we all forget how much his struggles shooting at times caused lament over his game? He is a one dimensional player, and that dimension seems to be deteriorating. I find it hard to believe this is the move that puts Miami over the top, and in no way am I worried about Eddie beating us.

HOUSE was the worst of the 3 choices we've had
- they won’t win in year one – no way, no how

Don't fake the funk on a nasty dunk
Did you catch the news that ESPN
pulled an article off their site that was critical of LeBron? Luckily there were a few excerpts on the MSN startpage.
Who knew it was even possible to like the Queen even less.
The article threw accolades (minor) to Big Baby
It says that Big Baby Davis walked by and looked over LeBron’s party and just shook his head and kept on going. A good sign of maturity from BBD.
Totally Agree
C’mon Brick House! Time to warm that bench! Thanks for the memories but not wishing any kind of “luck” in that circus down south.
i now hate eddie
one of my best memories from celtics winning it all was eddie diving on the floor as time ran out, now i hate him, signing with the heat or LA was the only way this could happen, i hope he shouts 25% and is burried and their bench.. i will take nate robinson over eddie any day.. thats why nate got 9 mil and eddie got less than 3.. so glad c’s didnt sign him, rudy or delonte are both much better options.. if that doesnt work i am 5’9 and can shoot a solid 12% from 3 point range with no one covering me.. if you are out there celtics, i am available!
+1
I think this is an ‘addition’ to the Cetls
onward & forward.
eddie thanks for the memories I will root that you miss every shot in the upcoming season..nothing personal
just because you have food doesn't mean you know how to cook

If teams leave Mike Miller and Eddie House open
They can leave teams “cooked” in minutes. : X
And then serve them to the fans during the 4th quarter…
Ubuntu
We can only hope that Eddie does not share insights of how to work together as a team. The sooner, if ever they can find a way to jell, the harder it will be for the rest of the league.
I thought Eddie would have had more fun at Chicago. Also he would be back with Tibbs.
Oh well. Best to him, individually.
Good.
Now Miami fans can be plagued with House’s complete lack of handle. Rondo and Nate will eat him alive w/ a full court press.

Not a problem, IMO... I think LBJ or Wade will be on the court with him a lot. They can easily take over the PG duties
Also, don’t forget they have Carlos Arroyo and Mario Chalmers, so they have guys who can handle the ball alongside House… All Eddie has to do is go to his spot and wait for the ball.
really
they didnt sign him to be their backup point like we did…he’s gonna be a great fit for them ..cant wait for this season to start

Nate is our Eddie House
he’s clearly filled the role of the C’s energy guy off the bench…and he’s a better basketball player to boot at this point.
just wish he had a kid 1/2 as much fun as Eddie’s (Jalen?) to wheel out for the playoffs.
Nate has three kids.
They’re constantly jumping and dancing all over the place on Nate’s twitter account.
