Gary Washburn - The Boston Globe

Since Bradley was selected 19th overall, the Celtics have re-signed Nate Robinson and Marquis Daniels and signed journeyman Von Wafer, and they are pursuing former lottery pick Larry Hughes. So Bradley is in a difficult spot as he tries to recover from his first major injury.

Washburn has been banging this drum pretty consistently so he must have a source telling him that it is so.  However, I have to wonder, if we were "pursuing" him, wouldn't it be done by now?  I can't imagine he's out there fielding offers from various teams.

My guess is that the team is still exploring other options (like Rudy) and has Hughes lined up as a backup option.  But we'll see how things turn out.
