Around SBN: Carmelo Anthony, Amar'e Stoudemire Vow To Fit In With Lin

Boston plans to operate this year's camp out of its practice facility, the Sports Authority Training Center at HealthPoint in Waltham, starting later this month. The team spent much of its last three training camps on the road, traveling to Europe in 2007 before consecutive treks to Newport, R.I.

I guess Paul doesn’t get everything he wants…

lol

I’ve noticed that PP is really travel happy!
Remember when he said after he retires with the C’s he wants to play in EU so he and his family can travel.
I bet that Ray,KG,RR,KP are really happy to stay in the area, Ray has a son with health issues and Im sure his wife is going to love having him home to help out, Perk has a son that he wants to hang out with. KG is the old man, that just wants to be left alone. lol

I was kind of hoping

that the powers that be made this happen. It was a perfect beginning to a fairytale season and who knows, it just may have been the thing that really gave them that extra edge to go all the way that year. I know the past 2 seasons have been plagued by injury, but I was really hoping with the addition of 2 former all-stars and having Nate Robinson from the beginning of the season would inspire the higher-ups that the getaway-type training shouldn’t have just been a consideration but a necessity. Oh well, still incredibly psyched about this coming season, can’t wait to see Shaq on the floor with our big 4, that’s truly going to be a sight to behold!

Well this kind of sucks. I was hoping they’d be able to travel as a group to somewhere far away like they did a couple of years ago. Guess they could always go to Lake Champlain.
