Interesting article by Evans Clichy of NESN tonight (link below) where he offers some comments from J.O. and Doc  pertaining to j.O.'s knee condition.

Though the article does not tell us what the issue is with J.O.'s knee (rats !) some of the highlights of the article are:

J.O. will decide on having surgery or not on his knee this Tuesday.

J.O. says he would prefer to fight through the pain with the help of medication rather then take the surgery route.

But describes also that if surgery can rectify his knee condition he is for going through with it.

Doc Rivers is quoted that J.O. having surgery could mean J.O. never playing again and that the C's and Dr. Mckeon are trying to figure out a way to avoid surgery even if it means J.O. can only play four or five games and then has to sit out. to rest his knee.

So Tuesday should be a interesting day to see if  J.O. takes the surgery route or not.

Lets hope what ever route J.O. chooses it works out for the best for both he and the Celtics..
