Celtics Deafeat Spurs
The Celtics took out the Spurs at home 105-103. Their current record is 27-7. A great Start for the Boston Celtics.
Rondo Got a triple-double with 22 assists, 12 points, and 10 rebounds. Amazing performance by Rajon Rondo. His assists per game Average is now 14.0 APP. He also got 6 steals and could have got a quadruple double. He will most probably have the highest average till the end of this season. And he also might beat the highest average in assists in a season which is 14.5 by John Stockton.
As for Ray Allen he got 31 points, 2 rebounds, 6 assists, and a steal. it was a great game for Ray Allen and he was shooting 50% from behind the three point line(2-4). At the end of the game he missed 2 free throws as he was very stressed, but that doesn't happen very often for a 90% free throw shooter( Kobe missed 3 free throws last time ). Ray Allen is close to getting the record of most 3's in a NBA career( Reggie Miller with 2,560 ) and Ray Allen has got 2,517.
Paul Pierce also had a good game with 18 points, 7 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 block and steal. he was shooting 100% from behind the three point line and the free throw line. He had three personal fouls in those 35 minutes he played.
Now Shaquille O'Neal didn't have a really good game, he only had 4 points, 1 rebound, and a block. Not quite what we expected from Shaq. He also had three personal fouls like Pierce, and only played for 21 minutes. He shot 0% from the free throw line( Missed 3 ), as we all know he isn't a very good free throw shooter.
Last but not least, it's "Big Baby" Davis who had 23 points, 2 rebounds, and 1 assist. He was shooting 60% from behind the free throw line.
That's it for the starters and now it's time for the team average:
105 points, 36 rebounds, 34 assists, 10 steals, 4 blocks, 15 turnovers, 17 personal fouls, FG 61.3%, FT 53.3%, 3PTS 55.6%.
I thank you very much for reading this post and I will hope that you will read and comments on my future posts, and please do vote in the poll.
Mathew Aboujaoude,

I think ray
has something like 2, 516 threes….He is something like 46 away. He started the year at 2,444. But nice post.
Your poll question is an inevitability.
It’s really not even a question, the only thing we should be polling is “When will Ray Allen break Reggie Miller’s record for career 3-pters?”
You’re 2,444 number on Ray is not correct.
Just as food for thought, at his current rate he’s hitting about 2.05 3pters per game (34 games, 70 made so far) so if he plays all 48 remaining games, he will add 98.4 3pters to his total this year. Rounding that number down puts him at 2,612. You’re 2,444 number is wrong, check here:
http://www.basketball-reference.com/players/a/allenra02.html
Ray currently has 2,514 3 pters made.
So, if current pace keeps up:
2560 (RM) – 2,514 (RA) = 46/2.05 (Current rate per game) = 22.4
Round it up, and we’ll say at current pace, the record is broken in about 23 games.
Just for fun, that would be game #58, on the road in Utah.

Haha, ya, try not to use Wikipedia.
For just about anything related to Sports.
There are much better sites out there.
Basketball-reference is pretty much your go to with Player/Team stats.
82games.com is also great, if you want to get into more advanced stats and +/- breakdowns.
But no worries, A for effort.
