With a NBA.com streamed scrimmage already in the books and an exhibition season debut on tap, the Celtics are being thrust head first into what is already a challenging 2012 NBA season. The loss of Jeff Green for the season due to a serious heart ailment is certainly not part of Danny Ainge's "vision" for this potential end of the Big 3 Era, but no one had the pleasure of making such potential life threatening choices either.
