Hey, I'm a longtime reader, first post. I want to address the Rondo-Paul rumor from my point of view, even though I bet you are all tired of hearing from this. The fact is Danny Ainge really wants Paul, he believes it can make us win it all this year. I'm a huge Rondo fan, I dare to say I'm top 10 fan of him in the world. I love how he plays, his energy, his huste and his D. I love how he makes passes out of nowhere. I love everything about him.

But today, knowing that Paul is close, I know Danny needs to trade for him. Paul is the perfect fit for this Celtic team. He knows how to play D, hi can rack ud assists and most importantly he can make shots. I think Danny has to try and get him with all he has, he is the perfect fitfor the Big 3. He is the guy that can make us win now. Many wouldnt trade for him because he may leave in free agency next year, but the risk is worth it. Chris Paul CAN make us win NOW. And there is a very strong chance he stays with us next year. Doc and Danny can convince him. We have cap space to sign a big name (D12 anyone?). He might even get Ray and KG coming for more years at much less money. But even if he dosnt resign he would give us even more cap space for more free agents.

So I'm saying Danny SHOULD do this, even as a huge Rondo fan and even if it would break my heart. Chris Paul is what the Celtics need right now, GO GET HIM DANNY.
