Now that Gilbert Arenas has been axed any chance of grabbing him or possibly maybe even getting Chauncey back if he gets amnestied as well? Chauncey more than Gilbert could make a strong case for a back up point guard for the veteran minimum in my opinion. Hes already said he'll retire if he doesn't go to a contender. I just refuse to believe that Keyon Dooling will be an effective back up PG, I play 2K11, guy cant shoot.

Celtics can’t claim any amnestied players because they are over the cap.

If nobody places a bid on an amnesty player, then he becomes a free agent.

i think danny is waiting till billups and rip hamilton clear the “amnesty waiver” wire.. sign them to the sMLE.. and pray johnson, bass, kg & gulp JO stay healthy. or! trade green for a D. Jordan type.
