I have to assume that (a) he hasn't lost his mind; (b) no one has incriminating evidence against him.  So there is likely a second shoe or two to drop.

I LOVE Perk, but that said he has a lot of liabilities.  I think Danny feels that (a) with Perk contributing very little, the C's have amassed a pretty good first half; (b) they beat Miami THREE times.  Also Perk is kind of turnover prone and can't get a big rebound in the last few minutes because of his FT shooting he will be on the bench.

I'm sure the idea that they couldn't resign Perk and that they LOVE Glen Davis made them roll the dice and figure they'll manage in the middle.
