Start of this game was dreadful and Rondo even looked like he tweaked his knee or ankle again. Offense came out stagnant again like it's been due to Rondo's lack of penetration and speed of offense. Doc took him out late in the first quarter and Indiana stayed up by 7.
Fast forward to the 2nd and OMG did the old Rondo come roaring back into the game or what!!! I mean this was the All Star Rondo we have been missing. Everywhere on defense, passes flying all around the court and it turned contagious, Ray hitting threes on the break because of Rondo pushing tempo and Paul got one on the break as well. He took over the game and a 7 point deficit turned into a 7 point lead in the blink of an eye.
Was so excited to see this along with the 2nd unit really coming together DEFENSIVELY. Hopefully this Rondo is back to stay!!!
