PrintNew Celtics Jeff Green and Nenad Krstic looks more lost now than they did after first joining the Celtics. Doc says it happens all the time. Instead of "just playing," players introduced to a new system start to think and they freeze up.
Doc says "make the extra pass" and Jeff Green passes up an open shot. Doc says "get back" on defense, and Nenad Krstic abandons the offensive glass where he collected 8 in his first two Celtic games, and runs back on D.
A little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
