Rondo as next coach?

I was thinking of who would replace Doc when he eventually leaves and I had a crazy thought....

could Rondo end up being a player/coach with some top notch assistants around him?

If anyone could do it it could be Rondo. He has the basketball IQ and he can play with some big egos. Doc says he the smartest player he's ever coached and how old is Rondo, 25? I think by 30 he could be at a level mentally to handle coaching a team on the court, he just seems like that kind of guy.

Has anyone ever done that before? What do you guys think about that?
