Yea yea, Somebody is bringing up Gerald Green again...

Ok, now I KNOW I'm going to get a lot of flack for bringing this kid up AGAIN. But, would anyone be pissed if we gave him another chance? He's been playing in Russia the past 2 seasons and I KNOW the kid is dieing for a chance to prove himself again. So my question is, would anyone be upset if we threw a bag of nickels at this kid and said "Come prove that you want this"?

Perhaps just a summer league invite? (Lockout Pending) But he was playing for the Lakers summer league team last season. It made me sick lol. I know he has talent. It's just a matter of giving him a chance and telling him that this is IT. He either fails one last time and we lose out on a nice bag of nickels, or he actually proves that he can accept his role (not a large one at all) But his size and athleticism is a shame to let go to waste. I say, give him one more chance... What you think?

he's 25 now, the upside that he was supposed to reach should be here by now

He could be serviceable but guys like him that are talented and don’t “get it” are a dime a dozen he’s not even worth the summer camp invite imo.
