I think everyone knows that Jeff Green's impact for the Celtics playoff run last season wasn't very helpful. I do believe that with a training camp(whenever it will happen) will allow Green gel with the team and learn Doc's system. Personally, I think the reduction of minutes is what really threw Jeff off his game. As a starter in OKC to maybe a 7th or 8th man in Boston must have been difficult. He's got great potential, and I think if KG took some time to help him(and Jajuan and Big Baby) with his post moves, he could become a great power forward. This leads me to my idea. I know KG isn't a center, but if he could manage maybe 15-20 minutes a game playing there, we could place Green into the starting lineup at the 4. If Jeff got starter's minutes, say 30+ a game, I think he could be be an integral piece in probably our last run at banner 18(at least in the Big 3 era).
What do you guys think?
