Kendrick Perkins and Stephen Jackson Arrested
It appears that Perk and his old Beaumont buddy Jackson were arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct last night. Rondo was also in the area for Perkins' basketball camp but it doesn't seem that he was charged with anything.

Still kind of feels like Perkins is one of the Celtics
First thought that came to mind was “man this is not good for our team,” oh wait… hopefully Rondo was not involved even slightly.

The real victims and the ones to feel bad for are the KIDs attending his camp and Perk not even showing up for the banquet is a travesty! Let alone the game!
So he was booked at 4am….. where was he Fri. for the game and banquet??
Seriously, I have lost respect for Perk just from this one incident , just think of the kids he let down…. let alone one kid… I am sure there where dozens in attendance waiting to see their local hero!

Perk seems to have avoided controversy his entire career. One incident shouldn’t define a man.

It was poor judgement but big deal it was one charity event, he has been to other events before and will probably attend more in the future.

Seriously? An “Event”? Or do you mean HIS camp? Seriously, obviously you are not a father.
Imaging all the families who couldn’t afford this camp and had to sacrafice to send their child there and then the host that your child was hoping to me blows him off… not to mention the 100 of other kids there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Seriously, this doesn’t make him Danny Heatley. And no amount of exclamation points can make his mistakes that night seem more damning. He didn’t murder someone, he didn’t have an unlicensed weapon, nor drugs. He got into a bar fight with a friend and missed a meet and greet with kids.
I know my father was able to forgive his kids after they had made very regrettable decisions. Show me an athlete and I’ll show you someone who’s made a bad decision on a least 1 day of their life.

Actually Stephen Jackson had nothing to do with Perkins’ incident.

It seems to be extremely foolish on Perk's part
to go out drinking the night after he has to be hospitalized due to dehydration. He had to go to the hospital in an ambulance, so it must have been serious.
Perhaps it is a case of youth thinking they are 6 foot tall and bullet proof. (in his case, 7 foot tall) I hope it is a one time thing, with no repeats.
