He gets one more rebound than Rondo a game.  He is the worst rebounding power forward I have ever seen.  He doesn't have the height, which yes can be compensated for IF you have rebounding instincts, which he does NOT have.  Also he shoots 44% which is awful for a power forward.  Find me a power forward that rebound that poorly and shoots that low of a percentage.  Really go try and do it.  With his minutes he should be getting close to a double double a game and it's not even close.  

Despite all that I could forgive him if he was a lock down defender.  He is the opposite of that.  Since he is 3-4 inches shorter than most of his competition he is continually getting beat around the basket.  

In short he can't shoot, he takes bad shots, he can't rebound and doesn't care to and he is too short to defend.

On top of all that he is the dumbest player on the team and gets in fist fights with his "friends" in the offseason.

Get rid of this over rated piece of human garbage once and for all.
