Looks like Trey-J is going to stay in the states and work on building up his body strength.

This Hurts
I’m glad he’s staying here and working on his body. This shows a committment to succeed. What really upsets me with this lockout stuff is that he can’t work with Brian Doo. Hopefully he’ll be advised by other Celtic players who he should use as a trainer.
I remember Gerald Green really screwed up by not working with the right person in the off-season. I just hope Johnson doesn’t make the same mistake. Building his body will become an important part of his game so this needs to be done right.
And this is one way the owners, who want to make more money, could stunt the development of a player who could become a very important part of their team. And it is putting a good team on the floor that brings in the money.

Trey-J sounds nice!
I don’t like that he seems to be always settling for jumpshots.. I like to see him rough it up inside..
The only one I didn't like was the very last one. I didn't like that one at all.
But the others were all created shots. I especially liked the first two because he posted up to get control of his defender and then did that beautiful turn and step back jumper – that shot cannot be defended.
NBA Officiating - Corrupt? Incompetent? Which is worse? Does it matter? It sucks.
That's my boy!!!!..... That's my guy I predicted to be our Draft Choice.....That's Celtic Pride!
Is it Soup Yet?
No joke, but same here! Triple J to BeanTown! WOOOOOOOOO!
Its all about money, its all about Banner 18
Glad to hear J.J. ...
is not going overseas and will work on building up his upper body strength as he I think does need to add some more muscle to his frame if he wants to be effective in the NBA playing against the bigger big men he will face as compared to when he was in college.
I hope KG does not go overseas also if there is a lockout so he can maybe work with J.J. a bit to give him some NBA big man pointers and prime him a bit about the art of playing in the NBA as a big man.
I did not predict J.J. would be drafted by the C’s as the prophet Master Po did , but he was one of the bigs on my draft wish list (and posted so at the time) , since the C’s were in dire need of acquiring a young, athletic, talented big man with potential.
So for the above reasons I happy he J.J. is on board and very excited about seeing him play next year as a member of the Celtics… if there is no long term lockout that is.
I still think 3-J has a better ring to it. Flows off the tongue easier
All else aside, I love to hear that he wants to work on his body/game until the real “season” starts. Maybe now that Clifford Ray isn’t part of our team, he can search him out for a lil extra help.
I am liking.....
…..what I am seeing. Very smooth looking movements.
very early but…. a bit excited about this prospect.
