We 're relying on Rondo too much

And when I say it, I mean it. I don't want Rondo to become like Derrick Rose. Rose is practically not a point guard, he is selfish and doesn't have a very high assist rate for a point guard. The Bulls' strategy is that their main scoring option is Rose, while the other players can pick up the rest of the business, the rebounding and second chance points. I'm not saying Rose is bad, but Rondo is best at his point guard mode. Plus, he doesn't have the proper backup. Dooling is good, but not like West. And Rondo is young, guys. There's too much weight on his shoulders.

The truth is, our circumstances have forced us to push Rajon to be more agressive and to score more, mainly because we don't have concistent scorers anymore, except Ray. Everyone else has a good night sometimes, but mostly struggles with shooting and offence. Paul is a truly great player, a future Hall-of-famer, and we really need him. But, unfortunately, he's not the same Paul from 2008, or the Paul from 2004. He's aging and we definetly, and desperatly need more support from the bench. I like Bass, and Pietrus also. He was great yesterday, but where's Dooling, where's Bradley, where's Daniels?! Where is everybody else?! We don't need just a better backup guard, we need more support from the bench.

And Danny just keep nailing one mistake after another. What was he thinking when he didn't keep West? West is the point guard we need, the best backup for Rondo. It's seems as he took his revenge on us last night, he destroyed us. Danny could also have signed Nene on time, but he didn't. Stiemsma is great, but he lack experience. And Jermaine is getting old and doesn't provide good offensive support. What is wrong with us? We have a lot of free agent to sign, better ones than we signed. Arenas, Pryzbilla? And, Seriously, why do we need Pavlovic? I know he's from my country and I watched him play since I was a kid, but let's be serious - he can't contribute anymore and is unreliable.

Wake up people, we need serious changes. Something has to be done, or we're done for. This is a wake up call, we need rebuilding and changes.

i dont think dooling is better overall

but he is a decent player and has better luck in the health department. delonte west has never played more than 71 games in a season and his 2nd most games 69, his 2nd and 3rd years in the league

I though the reason Delonte didn’t sign here is because he wanted more money.. turns out he’s payed only the vet’s min. in Dallas.. He should’ve been re-signed..

I don't like

Rondo being pushed to always drive towards the basket because he is always hacked by big men from opposing teams that may lead to injury. I prefer him to take more shots and perfect his perimeter shooting skills.

Delonte said that the Celtics wanted him, too

It was his own decision to go with the Mavericks for the vet.min. Appearantly he had offers from several teams, including the Celtics.

“Wake up people, we need serious changes”… Truer words have not been spoken. I second that motio. But Neither Danny nor Doc will wake up. Not their nature. So be it.
