celtics receive derrick favors
jazz receive Gay and bradley
grizzlies receive Allen and Paul Geroge
Pacers receive OJ Mayo
we give up allen and bradley for favors (awesome for us)
jazz give up Favors for Gay and Bradley (awesome for them)
Pacers give up paul george for OJ Mayo (Good trade for them they get a true sg)
memphis gives up gay and mayo for allen and george (they get rid of 13 milion by switching gay and george plus theyve proved they dont need gay. they lose oj mayo but they were going to at the end of the seasons so this way they rent allen for a playoff run who is playing better than mayo. I think they would be 50/50 on accepting this)
unfortunately the salaries dont line up so it would need to be adjusted
http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=7mjv36k
so i adjusted it a little we send bass for al jefferson too which i dont think they would accept but would even the salaries. maybe we can send them the clippers pick and our next years first round pick
this puts a lot of pressure on moore/ pietrus but it make us a ton better and younger at the center.

ON WHAT PLANET IS PAUL GEORGE (3yr cheap contract for a rising star) FOR OJ MAYO (underacheiving expiring contract) GOOD FOR THE PACERS????

Because Paul George is a SF
He’s stuck behind granger and playing out of position. They are set at sf pf and c so they need a sg and mayo would be a restricted free agent and they have plenty of cap space to resign him
To answer your question EARTH.

he creates mismatches
because he is playing out of position. you could create an awesome mismatch by putting your center at point guard but its still not their position

I like your enthusiasm, but long term the Pacers would probably prefer to move Granger and keep George
and he’s playing very, very well out of position. I think that they could find much less costly ways to fill themselves out at guard.

But Memphis is good NOW
and this doesn’t help them this year. Mayo is an underacheiver and he’s not in the Grizzlies’ future plans, but he’s still their best scorer off the bench and he plays a huge role for them right now.
and is JO really taking minutes from Marreece Speights on that team anyway?? He’s been a solid player for them.
Just a first for Mayo would be a good move!

Not worth it
Mayo has been a big disappointment, Would rather have George, buit it isn’t going to happen
Al Jefferson or Millsap will likley be moved
