TRADE ???

Jermaine Oneal + 2013 1st to Memphis for OJ Mayo + Sam Young + Memphis 2012 2nd??? Why for Boston?? It gives a capable, experienced, backup shooting guard in OJ Mayo, who needs a change of address, gives us a young 3rd yr small forward who has somehow become buried on the bench, who appears to have upside, this provides experienced backups at the shooting guard and small forward position, in case of injury to Ray Allen, Paul pierce, m. Pietrus, m. Daniels. Why for Memphis??? Gives them another big, which they can surely use, gives them a future first, clears 6 million of their books for next year. We should then try to acquire Cole Aldrich from OKC for the Memphis 2nd that we acquired.

we give up allen and bradley for favors (awesome for us)
jazz give up Favors for Gay and Bradley (awesome for them)
Pacers give up paul george for OJ Mayo (Good trade for them they get a true sg)
memphis gives up gay and mayo for allen and george (they get rid of 13 milion by switching gay and george plus theyve proved they dont need gay. they lose oj mayo but they were going to at the end of the seasons so this way they rent allen for a playoff run who is playing better than mayo. I think they would be 50/50 on accepting this)

unfortunately the salaries dont line up so it would need to be adjusted

so i adjusted it a little we send bass for al jefferson too which i dont think they would accept but would even the salaries. maybe we can send them the clippers pick and our next years first round pick
this puts a lot of pressure on moore/ pietrus but it make us a ton better and younger at the center.
