After this year the Celts are only obligated to Rajon, JJJ, Paul pierce, Brandon Bass, and Avery Bradley. So that means we have a lot of money too spend and oppurtunities. This is just one.

Celts sign and trade Jeff Green, and trade JJJ, Bradley, and 1st rounder to Hawks. And we receive Josh smith

I think this would be the best way to turn around the celtics and become a contender again. Josh Smith would give us toughness, energy, and Defense. With Rondo, JSmitty, Brandon Bass, and Paul Pierce to build around we could definitely take back the East adding a few more solid players. Maybe like Chris Kaman, or Elton Brand and some wing player.

Imagine a starting line up with- Rajon Rondo, Pietrus, Paul Pierce, Josh Smith, Chris Kaman

Then a bench with - Kenyon Dooling, E'twaun Moore, Marquis, Bass, and Elton Brand

Im hoping we can improve on the SG position I would rather Pietrus come off the bench I think he would be better that way.

Who knows Josh Smith might attract DH12 (Lets Hope!)
