Michael Finley - Answer?

Apparently, Michael Finley is eyeing playing in the NBA again according to our friends at ESPN Dallas.

In 2010, he verbally announced he would join the Boston Celtics and played from March until the end of the season. He also spent two seasons with the Phoenix Suns, nine seasons with the Dallas Mavericks and five seasons with the San Antonio Spurs where he won a championship.

Finley could be an answer for us. Rasheed Wallace is aiding the New York Knicks' 8-2 start and Michael Finley could help us too. The two-time All-Star averaged 15.7 points and 4.1 rebounds and during his tenure with the Celtics, he had career highs of 50.6% shooting overall and 46.3% from downtown. He did not miss any games for four seasons in a row and is not prone to injury,

He had great chemistry with Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett two years ago and could be Keyon Dooling v2.0. He is apparently willing to take the veterans minimum, as well as is in fit condition.

The Celtics aren't so great at 6-6 and we really have nothing to lose. Why not give him a try?

Be respectful and keep it clean. Thanks.
