Wade is definitely a vicious punk. Proved it again last night

Please click on the link below and look at what happens at 2:49. You'll see Wade smashing the head of I don't know who from the Nuggets, during last night game. Wade knows he won't get the rebound, but still he jumps like he is going for it, and as he goes down, he hits the guy's head that's below him, on purpose. Then, he quickly steps back like he does every single time when he knows he's hit someone on purpose. Where are the refs? Who's the punk? This guy should have be banned from the court a long time ago, until he realizes how dumb he is.
