It's quite clear that jeff green is not a paul pierce type of player. He's soft, not reliable and i believe he has reached his ceiling! we need a player that is tough in the post and another guy that can pay the 3 and the 4 position. he is not a good back up for Paul pierce. However Derrick Williams in Minnesota in my opinion is going to be a real good player. he has shown that he has the skills to be a very good 3 and 4 in this league. he has also shown dedication by losing weight in the off-season so when he is called upon for either position he is ready. he's a pretty good defender which he will only get better as time goes on. He's struggling now but he doesn't get the playing time to develop. Boston would be perfect for him. Jeff Green to Minnesota for Derrick Williams and Nikola Pekovic. Brandon Bass is not as good of a re-bounder as he should be, he shoots to much and does not drive in like he should, he is not taking the pressure off of KG and that's what we really need. And he doesn't hustle enough. Marcin Gortat is perfect alongside KG because he hustles, rebounds, runs the floor, and has the ability to score when in the right position. Brandon Bass, Fab Melo, and maybe wilcox to phx for marcin Gortat. Tell what you guys think because we really need help !!!
