The team actually looks like it's waiting for Avery. Like they might as well not try until they have him back. He is exactly the shot in the arm they need right now and to be honest, at exactly the right time of the season. They are coming off a demoralizing trip, they are under .500, they are hopefully making a move for a big man and they are only 30 games into the season. Time to soul search, who's in and who's out, lock down an actual rotation of 8 to 9 guys and get some much needed momentum, a'la Bradley...

He's not a super star, but man, when he is shutting down the perimeter it's contagious and others will follow suit.
