First, we get Hansborough for Sully & Collins, the numbers work. Then we need to trade Bass, Lee, Terry, & a first round pick for Bynum, the Sixers may do it if Bynum doesn’t return by trading deadline & remains "indefinite," the numbers work. Such a trade will be useful to Philly because they can package Bass & Terry to any playoff bound team looking to shore up their team in exchange for some players & draft picks. In short, Philly gets 2-3 future draft picks (with Lee & some other player) than paying Bynum for not playing this year & not knowing what his future will be. For us, we get rid of long term contrtacts yet if Bynum doesn’t return at all, we’ll still be in the championship hunt because a line-up of KG, Hansborough, PP, Bradley, & Rondo is pretty much the same as last year whereby the only reason we lost to Miami is because Bradley went down. Put Hansborough in our line-up to replace Bass & most likely, he will be more than what Bass was for us last year because Tyler is really a smart, hussle player who can score some, rebound & defend. The hussle plays between him & Bradley will really compliment KG’s intensity as well as Rondo’s & PP’s. (Then we still have Jeff, Wilcox, & Barbosa off the bench). We just need to really go after Delonte because he’s so solid, he’ll be the back-up PG with Barbosa the SG, then we need to put in Melo too, we just have to develop him now. But if Bynum returns in time, banner 18 is NO QUESTION!!! Overall, I think these are the 2 trades we should really consider, not Bradley & et al for Cousins who is a bum. Of course, it’s kind of tough to trade Sully away but him & Collins for Hansborough will help us since Sully is still 2-3 years away from developing.
