The two biggest rivalries in basketball could use each others help to advance in the playoffs. Ever since Mike D'antoni became the newest coach for the Lakers, Pau Gasol has not fit in with the up and down system that D'antoni loves to run. He is the kind of big man that is most effective on team that is good at executing plays. He would be perfect under Doc and along side KG. Jeff Green and Brandon bass are solid players but not as good as they should be. But under a system like D'antoni's they would do quite well because it involves them using there athleticism and running. L.A would have the pieces to run and gun with the best of them and Boston will finally have the big man they have not had in a while. My starters for the celtics would be Rondo,Bradley,Pierce,Gasol and KG...Reserves would be Barbosa,Terry,Lee,Sully and Wilcox. Lee can already guard the best of them and even though he slightly smaller than most 3's he can still either out run and hustle the majority of them and keep up with the better ones in the same breath. Both teams should make a move and get this done because their season depends on it. PULL THE TRIGGER!!!!
