How about this guy for Boston...and we don't have to trade for him
http://thebiglead.com/index.php/2012/02/01/j-r-smith-scored-60-points-off-the-bench-in-a-chinese-playoff-game/
Smith is still stuck in China. While his sister sits in the stands each game and tries to start international incidents, Smith has been balling like mad on the court. Today, he went for 60 off the bench in a playoff game. Smith was 21-32 from the field, hit 14 of 18 three’s, 4 of 5 free throws, grabbed 8 boards and only turned the ball over 3 times. Granted, I only saw the highlights from this video, but it looks like the 2-3 zone wasn’t very effective.
JR Smith....true he is a knuckle head but he can ball! Instant offense and he is a free agent!
Be respectful and keep it clean. Thanks.

i am also rooting for him
but i’m just not sure with the interest and competition with the other teams, but adding this guy would really give us a big boost especially offensively
I hear
That Bird guy could be a bit of an ass at times, not to mention that Garnett guy.
this would be great if...
we traded ray allen and bradley for a center. otherwise he doesnt really fill a need we are the best 3 point shooting team in the nba by percentage so if we traded some of that to get a center we fill that hole and create one a SG which smith could fill

allen won't be healthy all season
and smith would be one of the best offensive creators on the team right away. If we could get him to play any defense at all, he would be light years ahead of Bradley, Daniels, Pavlovic, Moore, and Pietrus in terms of value.

i agree
but it would be better if we traded allen for a center is all im saying. i think we should send allen and bradley to sacramento for thompson if they would accept it

"allen won't be healthy all season"?
Um … he looked pretty healthy the last two games.
NBA Officiating - Corrupt? Incompetent? Which is worse? Does it matter? It sucks.
he's a freak, healthwise
but if I gave you 50/50 odds he spends significant time out with a minor injury this season, wouldn’t you take that?

Ya we dont really need him that much
We need a Center, A Big Man, A Tough Dude. Not someone who doesn’t no when and when not to shoot.
the only problem is that this is the Chinese League
Lester Hudson was waived from our team, if anybody remembers. He’s averaging 33 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Either he’s the greatest thing since MJ or his stats are skewed by an inferior league.
