Rondo trade won't hurt Celtics no more.
YES!!! It will not hurt Celtics, the matter of fact it will open up the spot for Bradley who is a great defender and Moore who can shoot. We can still make plays without Rondo and we have done that before. We should used Rondo to get another BIG Center who can defend and rebound. Celtics offense can be run through Pierce and Garnett both are great passers. with Moore on the court we have another shooter on the court besides Allen. Garnett or Pierce can kick out to Moore or Allen who are both better shooters than Rondo.
Be respectful and keep it clean. Thanks.

we either need to trade rondo or get him some players to run with
http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=6occaq2
we get josh smith we get a center whose pretty good and we get a backup SF
the bulls dont want boozer hes over paid and gibson is the future there. they also get allen who would be great for them as sg is their weakness and they get bass who is a better player to put on the floor with noah than boozer IMO. the hawks get boozer and bradley for smith that seems like an even trade

5 OPTIONS!
Rondo to Phoenix fot Nash and Lopez (Or 1rst Round Pick)
Rondo to Warriors for Monta Ellis
Rondo to Utah for Devin Harris + 1rst Round pick
Rondo to Indiana for Collison + Trade exception
Rondo to Milwaukee for Jennings + filler
You’re a great basketball fan. Did you just look at PPG and say I WANT THOSE PLAYERS.
Nash is old, Lopez sucks, salaries dont match. No deal.
Monta isn’t a PG. No deal.
Devin Harris is an awful player and is injured more than he plays. No deal.
Collison isn’t good enough yet. No deal.
Jennings is a shooting guard in a (tiny) PGs body who just chucks threes and is a douche. No deal.
Trades that would work.
See Bill Simmons latest post for a workable trade for Rondo.
Rondo, JO, and Dooling
Gasol and 2012 first rounder
Dragic (or Lowry, but I doubt Houston lets Lowry go), Jordan Hill and Scola.
We get Dragic, Scola and Hill and LA’s 2012 #1
Houston gets Gasol and Dooling
LA gets Rondo and JO.
Not a great trade, primarily because we’d be weak at the center spot and no real way to upgrade, but if you’re looking to trade Rondo that’s how you do it. Get a pass first PG who is still young and not on a huge deal. Aren’t a lot of them out there, and I doubt we get one. Rondo is fine we just need more consistency.
I saw the Simmons post, I do not like being involved in the idea, I would much rather see buddinger.. let’s include daniels to Houston to get buddinger.
If they get scola, buddinger, dragic and a pick I’m in! Solves a lot of issues. Future shooter (buddinger) a big who can rebound (scola) a pg with speed who can score and dish (dragic) and another pick to throw around if needed. 3 picks. Would be nice in the deep up coming draft.
Trades that won't work
LA gets Rondo and JO. for what reason would they trade Gasol ……. dream on.
Rondo to Portland
why would we do that?
maybe if you gave us 2 or 3 first round picks too

Plus
How are these trades not better than the ones you guys are talking
Nash for Rondo I dont get it the Celtics will need a retirement home for their new big 4
Rondo for Ellis, Ellis has never carried the GS Warriors, but he is a good second option.

Because Paul Allen has a big wallet
you guys can get Cash $$$, draft picks we just want a solid PG, Plus Batum is a Stud
agree with batum also
Would also like to ilyasova from MIL as well, maybe send a first rd pick to each team? Both players are young proven talent VS what we MAY get out of the draft…
