First, send Rondo to Toronto for expiring contracts of Barbosa, Bayless and their first round pick in 2012.

Second, send Pierce to New Orleans for Kaman's expiring contract and their first round pick in 2012.

Leaves us with only Bass, JJJ, Bradley and E Moore on the books after this season for a total of around $7M and cap room of +/- $52M to spend on free agents and we would have three first round picks and two that are possible top five picks and one that could be in the 10 to 12 pick range.

Then you sign Howard and D Will in the off season both for the max of 4 years and $80M and the C's are still left with approximately $12M to pay their rookies and for any free agent signings. If they can get Ray or KG to come back on the cheap they would be looking really good for next year and beyond.
