Rough news out of Minny.
Minnesota Timberwolves guard Ricky Rubio will miss the rest of the season after an MRI revealed a torn ACL in his left knee, a league source told SI.com on Saturday. Rubio was injured in the closing seconds of Minnesota's 105-102 loss to the Lakers on Friday night. The expected six-to-nine month recovery time means Rubio will not only miss the rest of the season but will most likely be unable to suit up for Spain in the Olympics this summer.
Jason Terry isn't happy in Dallas.
Less than a day after a loss to the Suns on national television in which he was angry over being benched late, Jason Terry was outspoken again Friday night. This time he didn’t mince words about the state of the Mavericks after a loss to the Kings. I say again, the Kings.
"It's time for a change..." Terry said "...We're not a team right now."
Sounds like the Cavs might be making a deal for a lottery pick. Via Sam Amico
I know all talk in CLE is RG3, but know this much about Cavs: According to latest, they may not need to miss playoffs to get back in lottery
Not elaborating on Cavs at moment. But you should be able to figure it out. Working on deal for someone's lottery pick. That's all for now.
As I get more sources to confirm, and more confident that reporting it wouldn't mess with potential deal, or players, I'll be more detailed.
