This team has so many problems I don't even know where to begin. Honestly if the Celtics were in the western conference they would probably be a 9th or 10th seed right now. They're going to end up finishing 7th or 8th probably with a first round exit to miami or Chicago.

Rebounding is autrocious and it's been this way for years (C's are worst in the league in rebounding). It's the reason why the Celtics lost game 7 to the Lakers.

The Celtics literally have two players who can finish at the rim - Pierce and Rondo. Everyone else can only score from the outside. I cringe every time ray allen attempts to drive and either gets blocked or misses a layup.

Josh Smith - I can't say this enough -- In addition to a Center...THE CELTICS NEEDS TO AGGRESSIVELY PURSUE JOSH SMITH IN THE OFF SEASON. He can play inside, outside, rebound and defend and isn't afraid to mix it up. If KG is willing to come back next year, bring KG off the bench. Or play them together in certain matchups with KG at center.

Jeff Green - I'm sorry but I'm not sold on this guy and he's another guy who plays too timid in my opinion. We need guys who are going to slash to the basket and score. I wasn't impressed with Green last season.

Chris Wilcox - Could be worth bringing back as a backup center.

Brandon Bass - I think too many celtics fans hype this guy up. He can't rebound or defend, he can score, but he literally has one move and that's an outside jumper. He doesn't go inside and he's afraid to mix it up. I dont think he's good enough to be the sixth man for the team if the celtics want to compete for a championship next year. Which further reinforces the fact that we need a stronger bench.

Marquis Daniels - Another totally overrated player. He has not played well at all in boston and had huge expectations when he came from Indiana. Time to cut this guy loose.

Jermaine O'neal - This guy is a total bum, the fact that Doc hyped him up before the offseason also speaks to how Doc likes to hold on to players he *likes*. Please get rid of this guy who should have retired 3 seasons ago.
