How does the Atlantic Division Race Set up?

Right now the standings look like: Philly 28 22 Boston 28 22 NYK. 26 25 Neck and neck??? Really it is not neck and neck. A closer look at the remaining schedule greatly favors Philadelphia despite 5 home and 11 remaining games. The combined winning percentage of Philadelphia s remaining games is 45.4 %. They have Toronto twice and New Jersey three times. New York has 6 H and 9 A with an oppostion WP of 52.3%. Boston has 7 H and 9 A but the opponents WP is 55.9%!! Miami is on the schedule three times!!! Plus we get SAS and CHI. Here is how it lays out the rest of the way. Philadelphia. Boston. New York @WAS 11 38. @MIN 25 27. ATL. 30 22. MIA. 35 13. @ ATL 30 22 @MIA. 35 13. SAS. 35 14. CLE 17 31 TOR. 17 34. @CHI 41 11. @ IND 29 20 ORL. 32 19. @IND 29 20. @ ORL 32 19 @BOS. 28 22. PHI 28 22. CHI. 41 11 @NJN. 17 35. @MIA 35 13 @CHI 41 11 @TOR. 17 34. ATL 30 22. @MIL 23 27 NJN. 17 35. @TOR 17 34. WAS. 11 38 @ORL. 32 19. @NJN 17 35. MIA. 35 13 IND 29 20. @CHA 7 41. BOS. 28 22 @CLE. 17 31. @NYK. 26 25. @NJ. 17 35 @IND. 29 20. ORL. 32 19. @CLE 17 31 @NJN. 17 35. @ATL. 30 22. @ATL 30 22 @MIL. 23 27. MIA. 35 13. LAC. 29 21 @DET. 18 32. MIL 23. 27. @CHA. 7 41 Totals 379 438. 445. 363. 387. 364 Given the above layout of the schedule, winning this division for the Celtics will require beating some of the top teams in the next week or so. Philly has been really consistent about beating the lesser teams and I do not see that changing. It absolutely stinks that the unbalanced schedule has greatly favored the sixes but what stinks worse was our awful January and February where we had two five game losing streaks and lost to teams like Detriot, Cleveland, and Toronto. That could very well cost us the Atlantic Division and any realistic hope of getting to the Second round of the playoffs. Let us hope and pray our main guys stay healthy so we can finish the season on high note and help out the off season veteran FA recruiting.
