Plan for the future

The Celtics are not contenders any more. However with some trades they can be in good shape for the future. My first move would be Ray Allen to the Pacers for their 1st round pick and maybe more picks (1st or 2nd). The Pacers want to win and would give up a low 1st for a great Veteran talent. Then I would trade Rondo to the Kings for an unprotected 1st and Jason Thompson. The Kings would like a running man for Tyreke Evans (also Tyreke can play his natural position). After that trade I would trade Kevin Garnett and Mickael Pietrus for a lottery protected 1st, Antwon Jamison and Omri Casspi. The Cavs would like to make a push for the playoffs and play lebron in the first round of the playoffs. They also would like the veteran leadership. In addition, I would send Bass to Houston for Hasheem Thabeet and their 1st. Houston will likely make the playoffs and bass will bring firepower off the bench. Finally, I would trade Paul Pierce to the Clippers. The Clippers would then send Eric Bledsoe, Randy Foye and a future 1st to the Celtics and Caron Butler to the Hawks. Then the Hawks would send Kirk Hinrich and this years 1st (maybe more) to the Celtics. The Clippers need a player to fill the hole that Chauncey Billups left when he got injured. Also, The Hawks would like it because it gives them the small forward that they need to contend this year. Their Roster after these trades would be: pg- Kirk Hinrich sg- Randy Foye sf- Omri Casspi pf- Antwan Jamison C- Jason Thomson Bench: Jermaine O'neal Chris Wilcox Keyon Dooling Avery Bradley JuJuan Johnson Sasha Pavlovic Marquis Daniels Greg Stiemsma E'tuan Moore Hasheem Thabeet Eric Bledsoe Picks: Kings 1st Celtics 1st Pacers 1st Clippers 1st Hawks 1st Rockets1st Cavaliers 1st This year the Celtics will tank. Next year with 7 new rookies and loads of Cap space they can become the next Thunder.

Be respectful and keep it clean. Thanks.
