In a way I feel that this confidence is a good thing specially with him missing some open looks. I guess I can be over analyzing something that he could joke about. But if he start to show that he is motivated to win and can help the rest of the team get motivated. So is a good thing right?

Maybe he can just get a championship tattoo (Jason terry) that would be the ultimate motivator or just playing crazy which ever worker best.

Remembering when he came he said "yes of course we can win championship, or else I would not of joined" or something like that. Try reading it with his accent though.
