It is a shame that guys like E'Twaun Moore and JaJuan Johnson have to sit the bench and travel with the team and still get precious little practice time because there's no time to practice (the C's next practice will be March 15th). They are learning a lot about the culture of the NBA and what it means to travel with the team and all that, but they aren't getting many chances to actually play basketball.

Still, the team has no intention of sending them up to Maine for a chance to get some runs in.

Kevin Garnett keeps adding to career marks - BostonHerald.com

"Danny and I talked before the season and we just didn’t think this would be a D-League season," said Rivers. "You never know when you’re going to need that extra body. At least 10 times this year, an hour before the game we thought we had one or two guys heading into the game who pulled out and literally couldn’t play. "I just think this is one of those years that you have to keep everybody around. They may play. Hell, they may start. You really don’t know."

I guess we'll see them in blowouts and in the summer league.
